What we collect
Information you choose to enter in a form — for example name, email, phone, company, role, country, area of interest, message and, for reviews, your review and publishing permission — plus the page you submitted from and campaign source parameters (such as utm_source) if present.
How it is processed
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). A copy may be sent through our own server function to a lead-management or CRM workflow we operate, so enquiries are tracked and answered. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is sent through WhatsApp under its own terms.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager) are off by default and are switched on only if you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site's storage in your browser. Essential storage remembers your consent choice and campaign source for the session.
Website assistant
The chat assistant sends the questions you type to our server. If AI answers are enabled, the question and relevant site excerpts are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. We do not store chat transcripts on our server; your recent messages stay in your browser tab until you close it. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or ID numbers.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver programs you enrol in, verify and publish reviews you permit, and improve the site. We do not sell your information.
Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as required for accounting and legal purposes.
